In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Tippecanoe Red Devils soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Shawnee Indians.
The Red Devils (13-0) will now prepare for their outing against Butler (Vandalia, OH). The Aviators come into the Miami Valley League - Miami test with a 11-4 record. In their last test, Butler edged Stebbins (Riverside, OH), 2-0, in a league test.
The Indians now sport a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Botkins for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 7. Shawnee will play a Trojans squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Legacy Christian Academy (Xenia, OH). The Trojans record now stands at 13-1.
