In Saturday's non-league game, the host Daphne Trojans volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Auburn Tigers.
Next up, the Trojans face the West Florida Jaguars (Pensacola, FL) in a non-league game, on Monday, October 6. Daphne will attempt to advance on its 25-14 season record. The Jaguars go into the game with a 8-11 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Escambia (Pensacola, FL).
The Tigers (22-12) will now prepare for their game against Hoover (Hoover, AL). The Buccaneers go into the non-league game with a 14-18 record. In their last game, Hoover was edged by Austin (Decatur, AL), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
