Illinois High School Volleyball - Armstrong tips Unity Christian

The Armstrong Trojans (Armstrong, IL) volleyball held off the visiting Unity Christian Lions (Decatur, IL), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league match.

Next up, the Trojans battle the Normal University Pioneers (Normal, IL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 4. Armstrong will attempt to move on its 14-6 season record. The Pioneers enter the match with a 18-4 record after their 2-0 league win over Lanphier (Springfield, IL).

The Lions (19-6) will now prepare for their match against Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond (Arthur, IL). The Knights enter the non-league match with a 15-3 record. In their last match, Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond held off Villa Grove (Villa Grove, IL), 2-0, in a league match.
