With the win, Brewer improves its record to 26-14 on the season. The Patriots host Winston County (Double Springs, AL) to face the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Saturday, October 4. The Yellowjackets go into the test with a record of 17-9. Winston County won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Loretto (Loretto, TN)

The Eagles now have a 15-18 record. They play next when they travel to Hartselle for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 4. Oak Mountain will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Muscle Shoals (Muscle Shoals, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 30-10.
