In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Lakeside Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Brewster Bears.
The Eagles (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverside (Chattaroy, WA). The Rams come into the 1A Northeast challenge with a 3-9 record.
Next, the Bears play the Bridgeport Mustangs (Bridgeport, WA) in a 2B Central Washington challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. Brewster will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Curlew (Curlew, WA).
