Darien Blue Wave (Darien, CT) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers (Bridgeport, CT), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Darien advances its record to 7-4 on the season. The Blue Wave travel to New Canaan (New Canaan, CT) to confront the Rams in a Fairfield County game on Monday, October 6. The Rams go into the game with a record of 9-2. New Canaan won 3-0 in their recent league game against Stamford (Stamford, CT)
The Hilltoppers (4-7) will now prepare for their game against Wilton (Wilton, CT). The Warriors come into the Fairfield County outing with a 0-6 record. In their last game, Wilton was dropped by New Canaan (New Canaan, CT), 3-1, in a league game.
