In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Cedarville Trojans volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Maplewood Baptist Academy Black Bears.

The Trojans (8-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Posen (Posen, MI). The Vikings come into the non-league challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Posen beat Wolverine (Wolverine, MI), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Black Bears meet the North Michigan Christian Academy Comets (Burt Lake, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 4. Maplewood Baptist Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Comets come into the challenge with a 9-0 record after their 3-1 league win over Mackinaw City (Mackinaw City, MI).
