Alabama High School Volleyball - Central tips Excel

The Central Jaguars (Milton, FL) volleyball held off the host Excel Panthers (Excel, AL), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Jaguars now possess a 10-7 record. They play next when they host Jay for a Rural - Region 1 District 1 match on Monday, October 6. Central will battle a Royals squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Tate (Cantonment, FL). The Royals record now stands at 16-4.

The Panthers (12-9) will now prepare for their battle against Blacksher (Uriah, AL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league battle with a 5-7 record. In their last battle, Blacksher got by Bayshore Christian (Fairhope, AL), 3-0, in a league contest.
