Rush City Tigers (Rush City, MN) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Cloquet Lumberjacks (Cloquet, MN), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers (20-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Barnum (Barnum, MN). The Bombers come into the non-league challenge with a 8-6 record. In their last challenge, Barnum beat McGregor (McGregor, MN), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Lumberjacks face the Braham Bombers (Braham, MN) in a non-league test, on Saturday, October 4. Cloquet will attempt to advance on its 11-8 season record. The Bombers go into the test with a 5-13 record after their 3-0 league win over East Central (Sandstone, MN).
