Nebraska High School Volleyball - Conestoga tips Twin River

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Conestoga Cougars volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Twin River Titans.

The Cougars (12-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Johnson County Central (Tecumseh, NE). The Thunderbirds come into the non-league challenge with a 20-0 record. In their last challenge, Johnson County Central edged Exeter-Milligan/Friend (Exeter, NE), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next up, the Titans face the West Point-Beemer Cadets (West Point, NE) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 4. Twin River will attempt to advance on its 4-16 season record. The Cadets go into the game with a 8-11 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Wayne (Wayne, NE).
