The Bulldogs (8-14) will now prepare for their contest against Westgate (New Iberia, LA). The Tigers enter the Division II District 4 contest with a 2-14 record. In their last contest, Westgate was knocked off by David Thibodaux (Lafayette, LA), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Warriors encounter the Crescent City Christian Pioneers (Metairie, LA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, October 4. East Jefferson will attempt to improve on its 9-17 season record. The Pioneers go into the battle with a 3-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Thomas Jefferson (Gretna, LA).
