In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Decatur Red Raiders volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Lawrence County Red Devils.
The Red Raiders (17-21) will now prepare for their challenge against Northside (Northport, AL). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 27-3 record. In their last challenge, Northside was defeated by John Carroll Catholic (Birmingham, AL), 3-0, in a league test.
The Red Devils now have a 20-21 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chelsea for a non-league test on Saturday, October 4. Lawrence County will face a Hornets squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Briarwood Christian (Birmingham, AL). The Hornets record now stands at 14-14.
