The Roswell Coyotes volleyball squad scored 3 points and limited the visiting Gadsden Panthers to 1 in the Coyotes non-league victory on Saturday.

Next up, the Coyotes confront the Portales Rams (Portales, NM) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, October 7. Roswell will attempt to advance on its 2-12 season record. The Rams enter the match with a 10-4 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM).

The Panthers (2-10) will now prepare for their match against Organ Mountain (Las Cruces, NM). The Knights enter the 5A District 3 match with a 6-7 record. In their last match, Organ Mountain was dropped by Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM), 3-0, in a non-league match.
