Nebraska High School Volleyball - Twin River Guardian Angels Central Catholic

Guardian Angels Central Catholic Bluejays (West Point, NE) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Twin River Titans (Genoa, NE), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Guardian Angels Central Catholic improves its record to 17-2 on the season. The Bluejays travel to Louisville (Louisville, NE) to face the Lions in a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 4. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 12-5. Louisville won 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Logan View/Scribner-Snyder (Hooper, NE)

Next, the Titans meet the Bruning-Davenport/Shickley Eagles (Bruning, NE) in a D1 District 7 challenge, on Monday, October 6. Twin River will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Deshler (Deshler, NE).
