California High School Volleyball - Hollister over Seaside

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Hollister Haybalers (Hollister, CA) and the visiting Seaside Spartans (Seaside, CA), observed Hollister's volleyball team top Seaside by a tally of 2-0.

The Haybalers (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA). The Saints go into the non-league test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, Santa Teresa achieved victory over Oak Grove (San Jose, CA), 3-1, in a league test.

The Spartans now own a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Watsonville for a non-league test on Saturday, October 4. Seaside will encounter a Wildcatz squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Gonzales (Gonzales, CA). The Wildcatz record now stands at 3-11.
