The Hopkins Royals topped the host St. Paul Central Minutemen volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Royals confront the Spring Lake Park Panthers (Spring Lake Park, MN) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, October 7. Hopkins will attempt to advance on its 5-13 season record. The Panthers go into the game with a 11-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Monticello (Monticello, MN).
With the loss, St. Paul Central drops to 6-8 on the campaign. The Minutemen travel to Johnson (St. Paul, MN) to clash with the Governors in a St. Paul City bout on Monday, October 6. The Governors come into the bout with a record of 4-11.
