The Horizon Hawks topped the host Venice Indians volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Hawks confront the Lake Buena Vista Vipers (Orlando, FL) in a 6A District 4 game, on Tuesday, October 7. Horizon will attempt to advance on its 17-4 season record. The Vipers go into the game with a 8-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Wekiva (Apopka, FL).
The Indians (9-11) will now prepare for their game against Vero Beach (Vero Beach, FL). The Indians go into the non-league game with a 14-2 record. In their last outing, Vero Beach defeated Jensen Beach (Jensen Beach, FL), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
