Wauwatosa East Red Raiders (Wauwatosa, WI) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Howards Grove Tigers (Howards Grove, WI), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Red Raiders (20-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Brookfield Central (Brookfield, WI). The Lancers come into the Greater Metro challenge with a 12-17 record. In their last challenge, Brookfield Central beat Wheaton North (Wheaton, IL), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Random Lake Rams (Random Lake, WI) in a Big East test, on Tuesday, October 7. Howards Grove will attempt to improve on its 17-10 season record. The Rams go into the test with a 0-16 record after their 3-1 league loss to Oostburg (Oostburg, WI).
