The Jackson County Central Huskies held off the visiting White Bear Lake Bears volleyball team by a margin of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Huskies now possess a 13-6 record. They play next when they host Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda for a non-league bout on Monday, October 6. Jackson County Central will clash with a Coyotes team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Edgerton (Edgerton, MN). The Coyotes record now stands at 10-7.
The Bears (13-7) will now prepare for their match against Rosemount (Rosemount, MN). The Irish enter the non-league match with a 8-9 record. In their last match, Rosemount held off Shakopee (Shakopee, MN), 3-0, in a league match.
