The Licking Wildcats topped the visiting Plato Eagles volleyball team by a tally of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Wildcats now have a 10-13 record. They play next when they host Summersville for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 7. Licking will play a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league win over Couch (Myrtle, MO). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-9.

With the loss, Plato moves to 3-7 on the season. The Eagles travel to Willow Springs (Willow Springs, MO) to confront the Bears in a non-league game on Thursday, October 9. The Bears go into the game with a record of 17-6. Willow Springs lost 3-1 in their recent non-league game against Winona (Winona, MO)
