Kentucky High School Volleyball - Meade County edged by Marion County

The Meade County Green Waves volleyball team (Brandenburg, KY), was tipped 2-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Marion County Knights (Lebanon, KY)

The Knights (17-10) will now prepare for their contest against Casey County (Liberty, KY). The Rebels enter the non-league contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, Casey County was tipped by Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Green Waves encounter the Central Hardin Bruins (Cecilia, KY) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, October 15. Meade County will attempt to improve on its 14-12 season record. The Bruins go into the battle with a 20-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Lexington Catholic (Lexington, KY).
