St. Ambrose Academy Guardians (Madison, WI) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Medford Raiders (Medford, WI), 2-0 in a non-league outing.

The Guardians now have a 14-10 record. They play next when they travel to Montello for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 14. St. Ambrose Academy will play a Hilltoppers team coming off a 3-1 league win over Randolph (Randolph, WI). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 28-4.

With the loss, Medford drops to 8-12 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Tomahawk (Tomahawk, WI) to play the Hatchets in a Great Northern outing on Tuesday, October 7. The Hatchets come into the outing with a record of 12-14. Tomahawk lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Northland Pines (Eagle River, WI)
