The Pinewood Prep Panthers topped the host Northside Christian Academy Crusaders volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Panthers face the Charleston Collegiate Sundevils (John's Island, SC) in a non-league game, on Monday, October 6. Pinewood Prep will attempt to advance on its 11-8 season record. The Sundevils go into the game with a 8-10 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Porter-Gaud (Charleston, SC).

With the loss, Northside Christian Academy drops to 2-10 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Cardinal Newman (Columbia, SC) to play the Cardinals in a SCISA AAAA Region I outing on Tuesday, October 7. The Cardinals come into the outing with a record of 33-7. Cardinal Newman won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Heathwood Hall Episcopal (Columbia, SC)
