The Bears (13-7) will now prepare for their contest against Rosemount (Rosemount, MN). The Irish enter the non-league contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Rosemount notched a victory over Shakopee (Shakopee, MN), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Huskies battle the Mankato East Cougars (Mankato, MN) in a Big 9 battle, on Tuesday, October 7. Owatonna will attempt to improve on its 15-6 season record. The Cougars go into the battle with a 14-7 record after their 3-2 non-league win over St. Peter (St. Peter, MN).
