The Dexter Demons volleyball team (Dexter, NM), was edged 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Capitan Tigers (Capitan, NM)

The Tigers (4-0) will now prepare for their bout against Cloudcroft (Cloudcroft, NM). The Bears go into the bout with a 4-0 record. In their last bout, Cloudcroft got by Mesilla Valley Christian School (Las Cruces, NM), 2-0, in a non-league bout.

The Demons now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they host Eunice for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 7. Dexter will play a Cardinals squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Dexter (Dexter, NM). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-0.
