Colorado High School Softball - ThunderRidge topped by Douglas County

In Wednesday's league contest, the Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO) softball team overwhelmed the host ThunderRidge Grizzlies (Highlands Ranch, CO), by a margin of 14-2.

With the triumph, Douglas County moves its record to 9-3 on the year. The Huskies host Legend (Parker, CO) to play the Titans in a non-league contest on Thursday, October 6. The Titans come into the contest with a record of 8-2. Legend won 12-1 in their recent non-league contest against Chaparral (Parker, CO)

In their next game, the Grizzlies play the Heritage Eagles (Littleton, CO) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 6. ThunderRidge will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 2-10 record after their 9-8 non-league loss to Ponderosa (Parker, CO).
