The Butler Bears volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Eastern Eagles to 2 in the Bears non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Bears now have a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Whitefield Academy for a non-league game on Monday, October 10.
The Eagles (6-8) will now prepare for their game against Bullitt East (Mt. Washington, KY). The Chargers enter the non-league game with a 22-5 record. In their last game, Bullitt East held off Fairdale (Fairdale, KY), 3-0, in a non-league game.
