The Davenport North Wildcats football team (Davenport, IA), was ripped 47-13 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Iowa City Little Hawks (Iowa City, IA)
The Little Hawks (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Linn-Mar (Marion, IA). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Linn-Mar trounced Davenport West (Davenport, IA), 14-12, in a league challenge.
The Wildcats now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Muscatine for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 13. Davenport North will meet a Muskies team coming off a 48-21 league loss to Pleasant Valley (Pleasant Valley, IA). The Muskies record now stands at 3-4.
