The Wilcox County Patriots football team (Rochelle, GA), was beaten 29-15 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Telfair County Trojans (McRae, GA)
The Trojans (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Wheeler County (Alamo, GA). The Bulldogs come into the A D2 Region 4 challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Wheeler County was beaten by Hawkinsville (Hawkinsville, GA), 33-27, in a league challenge.
The Patriots now sport a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Dooly County for a A D2 Region 4 challenge on Friday, October 20.
