In Thursday's non-league game, the Sunnyside Grizzlies (Sunnyside, WA) football team knocked off the host Eisenhower Cadets (Yakima, WA), by a final score of 36-6.
The Grizzlies (6-0) will now prepare for their game against Moses Lake (Moses Lake, WA). The Mavericks come into the non-league game with a 4-1 record.
The Cadets now hold a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Valley for a non-league game on Thursday, October 12. Eisenhower will face a Rams squad coming off a 35-28 non-league win over Eastmont (East Wenatchee, WA). The Rams record now stands at 3-3.
