In Thursday's non-league game, the Athens Drive Jaguars (Raleigh, NC) football team got by the visiting Sanderson Spartans (Raleigh, NC), by a score of 20-13.

The Jaguars (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Broughton (Raleigh, NC). The Capitals come into the non-league game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Broughton nipped Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC), 21-20, in a non-league game.
