The Berkeley Stags (Moncks Corner, SC) football nudged the host Wando Warriors (Mt. Pleasant, SC), 14-12 in Thursday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Stags clash with the Ashley Ridge Swamp Foxes (Summerville, SC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, October 12. Berkeley will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Swamp Foxes enter the bout with a 1-5 record after their 22-21 non-league loss to West Ashley (Charleston, SC).
The Warriors (2-4) will now prepare for their bout against Stratford (Goose Creek, SC). The Knights enter the non-league bout with a 1-4 record. In their last bout, Stratford was nudged by Cane Bay (Summerville, SC), 35-6, in a league bout.
