The Currituck County Knights (Barco, NC) football defeated the visiting Holmes Aces (Edenton, NC), 30-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Knights face the Northeastern Eagles (Elizabeth City, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, October 12. Currituck County will attempt to advance on its 6-0 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 6-0 record after their 34-28 non-league win over Tarboro (Tarboro, NC).
The Aces (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Hertford County (Ahoskie, NC). The Bears enter the non-league bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, Hertford County defeated First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC), 32-0, in a non-league bout.
