The DeMatha Stags football squad scored 50 points and restricted the host Gonzaga Eagles to 20 in the Stags league victory on Thursday.
The Stags now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Our Lady of Good Counsel for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 12. DeMatha will play a Falcons squad coming off a 19-13 non-league loss to St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD). The Falcons record now stands at 0-6.
