The Reno Huskies football team (Reno, NV), was ripped 45-7 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV)
The Cougars (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against McQueen (Reno, NV). The Lancers come into the challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, McQueen trounced Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV), 50-18, in a league challenge.
The Huskies now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop Manogue for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 12. Reno will meet a Miners team coming off a 17-13 league win over Reed (Sparks, NV). The Miners record now stands at 4-3.
