The Cooper City Cowboys volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Flanagan Falcons to 1 in the Cowboys non-league victory on Thursday.
The Cowboys now have a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Plantation for a non-league game on Friday, October 6. Cooper City will meet a Paladins team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Cypress Bay (Weston, FL). The Paladins record now stands at 0-6.
The Falcons (5-4) will now prepare for their game against Fort Lauderdale (Fort Lauderdale, FL). The Flying L's enter the non-league game with a 3-9 record. In their last game, Fort Lauderdale was nudged by South Broward (Hollywood, FL), 2-1, in a non-league game.
