In Thursday's non-league contest, the Red Oak Eagles (Red Oak, OK) softball team held off the host Navajo Indians (Altus, OK), by a margin of 2-1.
With the triumph, Red Oak moves its record to 27-13 on the year. The Eagles host Ripley (Ripley, OK) to play the Warriors in a non-league contest on Friday, October 6. The Warriors come into the contest with a record of 36-5. Ripley won 8-0 in their recent non-league contest against Rattan (Rattan, OK)
