The Sigourney Savages topped the host Colfax-Mingo Tigerhawks volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Savages now have a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Regina for a non-league test on Saturday, October 7. Sigourney will confront a Regals team coming off a 3-1 league win over Mid-Prairie (Wellman, IA). The Regals record now stands at 16-7.

The Tigerhawks (7-15) will now prepare for their test against Hudson (Hudson, IA). The Pirates enter the non-league test with a 16-14 record. In their last test, Hudson was knocked off by Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA), 2-1, in a league test.
