Louisiana High School Volleyball - De La Salle overwhelmed by John Curtis Christian

In Thursday's league battle, the visiting John Curtis Christian Patriots volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the De La Salle Cavalier.

The Patriots (19-2) will now prepare for their battle against Academy of the Sacred Heart (New Orleans, LA). The Cardinals come into the Division IV District 7 battle with a 19-10 record. In their last battle, Academy of the Sacred Heart achieved victory over McDonogh 35 (New Orleans, LA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Cavalier encounter the Hahnville Tigers (Boutte, LA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, October 7. De La Salle will attempt to advance on its 3-9 season record. The Tigers come into the battle with a 14-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Benjamin Franklin (New Orleans, LA).
