Wyoming High School Volleyball - Gering over Wheatland

October 5, 2023: Wheatland, WY 82201

Gering Bulldogs (Gering, NE) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Wheatland Bulldogs (Wheatland, WY), 3-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Mitchell Tigers (Mitchell, NE) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 7. Gering will attempt to advance on its 16-5 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 9-15 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Bridgeport (Bridgeport, NE).

With the loss, Wheatland drops to 16-8 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Newcastle (Newcastle, WY) to battle the Dogies in a non-league match on Saturday, October 7. The Dogies come into the match with a record of 6-19. Newcastle lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Torrington (Torrington, WY)
