The Hillcrest Academy Ravens topped the host Lone Tree Lions volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.
The Ravens now have a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sigourney for a non-league test on Saturday, October 7. Hillcrest Academy will confront a Savages team coming off a 3-0 league win over Colfax-Mingo (Colfax, IA). The Savages record now stands at 12-5.
The Lions (3-19) will now prepare for their test against Cedar Valley Christian (Cedar Rapids, IA). The Huskies enter the non-league test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, Cedar Valley Christian gained a win over Lone Tree (Lone Tree, IA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
