In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Holy Family Catholic Fire volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Jordan Hubmen / Jaguars.
The Fire (12-6) will now prepare for their battle against Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN). The Tigers come into the Wright County battle with a 7-14 record. In their last battle, Hutchinson lost by Anoka (Anoka, MN), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Hubmen / Jaguars clash with the Southwest Christian Stars (Chaska, MN) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 10. Jordan will attempt to advance on its 8-11 season record. The Stars come into the battle with a 20-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Rocori (Cold Spring, MN).
