The Idalia Wolves (Idalia, CO) volleyball overcame the host Lone Star Longhorns (Otis, CO), 3-1 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, Idalia upgrades its record to 12-4 on the year. The Wolves host Bethune (Bethune, CO) to play the Bobcats in a 1A YWKC outing on Tuesday, October 10. The Bobcats go into the outing with a record of 5-12. Bethune lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Cheyenne Wells (Cheyenne Wells, CO)

The Longhorns now own a 8-8 record. They play next when they host Cheraw for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 7. Lone Star will play a Wolverines squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Kit Carson (Kit Carson, CO). The Wolverines record now stands at 14-3.
