The Lakeshore (Mandeville, LA) volleyball overcame the visiting Ursuline Academy Lions (New Orleans, LA), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.
With the win, Lakeshore upgrades its record to 8-9 on the year. The travel to Franklinton (Franklinton, LA) to play the Demons in a Division II District 4 outing on Monday, October 9. The Demons go into the outing with a record of 4-6. Franklinton lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against St. Scholastica (Covington, LA)
The Lions now own a 7-13 record. They play next when they host Riverdale for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 7. Ursuline Academy will play a Rebels squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy (New Orleans, LA). The Rebels record now stands at 8-12.
