The Meridian Mustangs (Falls Church, VA) volleyball overcame the visiting Liberty Eagles (Bealeton, VA), 3-0 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, Meridian upgrades its record to 5-11 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Mount Vernon (Alexandria, VA) to face the Majors in a non-league outing on Monday, October 9. The Majors go into the outing with a record of 1-9.
