In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Roxbury Gaels volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Morristown-Beard Crimson.
The Gaels (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against Mount Olive (Flanders, NJ). The Marauders come into the Northwest New Jersey - American battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, Mount Olive achieved victory over Vernon (Vernon, NJ), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Crimson clash with the Villa Walsh Academy Vikings (Morristown, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Friday, October 6. Morristown-Beard will attempt to advance on its 13-2 season record. The Vikings come into the battle with a 5-8 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Dover (Dover, NJ).
