Carmel Greyhounds (Carmel, IN) followers went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the visiting Lawrence Central Bears (Indianapolis, IN), 40-28 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Carmel advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Greyhounds travel to Fishers (Fishers, IN) to play the Tigers in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 5. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Bears now own a 1-1 record.
