The Morristown-Beard Crimson walloped the visiting Capital Prep Lions football team by a score of 57-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Crimson face the Hackley Hornets (Tarrytown, NY) in a Metropolitan Independent challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Morristown-Beard will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 34-14 non-league win over St. Dominic (Oyster Bay, NY).
The Lions (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Academy of the New Church (Bryn Athyn, PA). The Lions enter the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Academy of the New Church was ripped by Pennington (Pennington, NJ), 53-12, in a non-league challenge.
