In Saturday's league match, the host Glasgow Dragons football squad scored a close 12-7 triumph over the Wilmington Charter Force.

The Dragons (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Christiana (Newark, DE). The Vikings come into the 1A District 1 match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Christiana was nudged by Polytech (Woodside, DE), 34-8, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Force confront the St. Elizabeth Vikings (Wilmington, DE) in a 1A District 1 match, on Saturday, October 12. Wilmington Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Vikings come into the match with a 2-3 record after their 40-14 non-league loss to Milford (Milford, DE).
