The Mascoma Royals walloped the host Winnisquam Bears football team by a score of 60-20 in Saturday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Royals face the Bishop Brady Giants (Concord, NH) in a Division IV challenge, on Saturday, October 12. Mascoma will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Giants go into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 56-46 league win over Hillsboro-Deering/Hopkinton (Hillsboro, NH).
The Bears (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Farmington/Nute (Farmington, NH). The Tigers go into the Division IV challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Farmington/Nute was ripped by Raymond (Raymond, NH), 47-7, in a league challenge.
